About
Hi, I'm Gowtham Muthuvel, a software developer from India.
I write about building software that works in production, not just in tutorials. Most posts start from a question I had to answer for myself, like "why is this slow?", "why did this break?", or "which option is actually better?". I answer it with code you can run.
What you'll find here
- Backend: Java and Spring Boot first, plus Node.js, Python, APIs, databases, and microservices
- Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, HTML, and CSS
- Mobile: Android with Kotlin, Flutter, and React Native
- DevOps and Cloud: Git, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS
- DSA and Interview Prep: algorithms in Java and the edge cases interviewers love
- System Design: patterns explained with small models you can run
- Developer Career: honest, practical notes
How I write
- Runnable code with real output. Every example is compiled and run before it's published. The output you see is the output I got.
- No made-up numbers. If a post has a number, it came from the post's own code or from a primary source that's linked.
- Version-specific. I say which JDK, Node, or Python version a result applies to, because behaviour changes between releases.
